Check remote settings against the manual
For cooling, check the correct mode and suitable target temperature in the manual. Fan mode and cooling mode are different. An incorrect mode may prevent the expected comfort even without a fault.
Which symptoms should you report?
Is air blowing without cooling, or is airflow also weak? Does the appliance stop shortly after starting or display a fault code? Share the brand, model and observations. Filter maintenance and operating conditions also help the initial discussion.
Refrigerant topping-up is not an automatic fix
Poor cooling alone does not prove low refrigerant. Technical assessment should establish the need and cause. Maintenance and repairs are discussed separately; parts or refrigerant work should not be selected before inspection.
